These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “NIKOL 26” EOOD (hereinafter the “Trader”, “we”) and the users (hereinafter the “Customer”, “User”, “you”) of the online store available at spices.bg (hereinafter the “Website”).
By using the Website and/or placing an order, you declare that you have read these General Terms and Conditions, accept them, and undertake to comply with them.

2. DefinitionsWebsite — the website spices.bg through which products are offered and ordered.Products — prepared meals, desserts and other food items offered on the Website.Customer / User — any natural or legal person who uses the Website and/or places an order.Order — a request to purchase one or more Products, placed through the Website.Contract — the distance sales contract concluded between the Trader and the Customer via the Website.
3. Subject matterThe Trader enables the Customer to purchase the Products offered on the Website by placing an order and paying the relevant price, under the terms set out in these General Terms and Conditions and in the Delivery Rules.
4. Ordering and conclusion of the contractAn order may be placed by any User who has accepted these General Terms and Conditions.The Customer selects the desired Products and the delivery day, completes the required details (name, address, phone, email) and confirms the order.Before final confirmation, the Customer may review and correct the entered information and the order contents.By clicking the order confirmation button, the Customer makes a binding offer to conclude a contract and assumes the obligation to pay.The contract is deemed concluded when the Trader confirms acceptance of the order by email, phone or another suitable means.The Trader reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order in case of impossibility of performance, stock unavailability, an error in a listed price, or reasonable suspicion of abuse, notifying the Customer and refunding any amounts already paid.
5. PricesAll prices on the Website are in euro and include VAT where applicable.The delivery fee is not included in the Product prices and is charged additionally in accordance with the Delivery Rules, unless expressly stated otherwise.The total amount due, including the value of the Products and delivery, is displayed before final order confirmation.The Trader reserves the right to change prices at any time; such changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
6. PaymentThe Customer may pay for the order by one of the methods listed on the Website and in the Delivery Rules — cash on delivery, card on delivery, or online by card.

8. Right of withdrawalUnder Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:delivery of food and goods that may deteriorate quickly or have a short shelf life by their nature;goods made to the Customer’s order or according to their individual requirements.As the Products offered are prepared fresh to the Customer’s order, they fall under these exceptions and cannot be returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal.
9. Complaints and quality liabilityThe Customer may lodge a complaint if a delivered Product does not match what was ordered, if there is a quality issue, or if an item is missing/damaged.Complaints are submitted within the time limits and in the manner described in the Delivery Rules, by phone at 089 609 0500 or by email at office@spices.bg.Every justified complaint is considered individually, and the Trader offers an appropriate solution — replacement, re-delivery, or a refund of the amount paid.
10. Customer obligationsThe Customer undertakes:
- to provide true, accurate and complete information when placing an order;
- to ensure they can be contacted and that the delivery address is accessible;
- to pay the amount due for the ordered Products and delivery;
- not to use the Website for fraud, abuse, or in any way that breaches applicable law.
11. Personal data protectionThe Trader processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and the published Personal Data Protection Policy available on the Website.
12. Intellectual propertyAll content on the Website — texts, images, logos, graphics, design and other materials — belongs to the Trader or is used on a lawful basis and is protected by the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act. Use of the content without the Trader’s express written consent is prohibited.
13. Limitation of liabilityThe Trader endeavours to keep information on the Website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of technical errors or inaccuracies.The Trader is not liable for damage resulting from improper use of the Website or from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.The Trader is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure circumstances beyond its control.
14. Amendments to the General Terms and ConditionsThe Trader reserves the right to amend and supplement these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available on the Website. Changes do not affect orders already concluded and confirmed.
15. Dispute resolutionDisputes between the Trader and the Customer shall be resolved through negotiation and mutual agreement and, failing agreement, under applicable Bulgarian law.In the event of a consumer dispute, the Customer may contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (address: Sofia, 4A Slaveykov Square, phone: 0700 111 22, website: www.kzp.bg).The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
